International wire transfer usually requires 2 - 5 business days. SEPA and GBP domestic transfers require 1 - 3 business days.
To minimize the deposit delay, please make sure to include all of the information provided when making a wire transfer from your bank. If any information is missing, banks may require additional days to process and/or the wire transfer request may get rejected (additional fees may be incurred)
If after the above period, your wire transfer is still not credited to your account, first please contact your bank and confirm whether your wire transfer has been successfully processed or not. Also, please request a transfer receipt. Then please raise a support ticket with the transfer receipt. The transfer receipt is required to identify and check your transaction, so please make sure to attach it.
